Please know that Sylvan Homes is a 100% remote company – Our associates will not meet you at a home, ask you to complete an application and pay them directly. We lease our homes 100% online through this website. We do not collect funds through wire transfers or person-to-person apps like PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Also, we do not advertise homes on Craigslist, Facebook, or other social media marketplaces.

Do not be scammed by someone posing as a Sylvan Homes representative. All applicants must apply for homes by following our secure process – details. We are the ONLY DIRECT CONTACT for this home. No authorized associate will meet you at a home and ask you for payment!

For your security, never give anyone your username or password. Sylvan Homes will never ask you for that information.
