This Policy applies when using the website available at sylvanroad.com, sylvanre.com, sylvanhs.com, and sylvanroadrenovations.com together with such site’s subdomains (the “Website” or the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

In order to provide you with relevant information, respond to your requests, and increase the benefits you receive from the Services, we sometimes request that you provide us with information about yourself. Sylvan Road (and the vendors and other parties we use to perform services on our behalf) collect, receive, and develop several categories of personal information about you depending on the nature of your interactions with us. The following are examples of the type of information we collect:

  • Commercial and Preference Information. We may collect information about your purchase history, retailer preferences, leasing details, apartment rental history, services requested and your other transactions and preferences. We may also collect your comments that you post on our websites or blogs and your responses to surveys you complete. We may also collect information in connection with our loyalty programs and certain convenience services, including wheelchair and stroller rentals, delivery services, valet parking, and device charging services. In certain circumstances such as in the case of a residential home purchase or a rental or lease application, we may collect or ask you to provide additional personal information such as government issued identification, financial information, employment information, and rental history information. We may also collect information related to terms of offers for homes listed for sale. For service providers, we may collect additional information regarding markets served and services provided.

We might collect information at the site you came from, or the site you visit when you leave us. Right to Deletion

In addition to CCPA, California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users that are residents of California to request the following information regarding our disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes: (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year; (ii) the identity of certain third parties that received personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during that calendar year; and (iii) where the nature of the third parties’ business is not reasonably determinable, examples of the products or services marketed (if we have that information) . “Do Not Track” Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
